Welcome to Dallington, the proudly independent north London school founded by Mogg Hercules MBE. We do things differently here, taking a progressive approach to education that allows all our children to be themselves and flourish in their own way. As parents ourselves, we know how hard it is choosing the right school for your child; it’s a crucial decision and we are here to help.

Our Admissions team will answer any questions you may have and aim to make every step of the process as easy as possible. Please contact our Admissions Manager Janay Morrison on 020 7251 2284 or by email at [email protected] and she will be happy to assist you.

Applying to Dallington

A key difference between Dallington and other independent London schools is that we are non-selective; there are no entry assessments or examinations required for your child to join us. This was part of the ethos of our school upon its founding and remains incredibly important to us today! We want to give every child, regardless of their starting point, their chance to succeed.

Most children join Dallington in the Nursery classes, at 3-4 years old, and stay with us until they are 11 and ready for secondary school. We can, however, admit children into any year group at any point in the academic year. We’re proud to keep our class sizes small and as such operate on a first come, first served basis. Your child will be added to our waiting list if we do not have space in their year group.

Why Dallington?

We are unique among independent London schools and take a very different educational approach that we call the Dallington Difference. Our mindset is progressive and we want all our students to develop a lifelong love for learning. We encourage our children to challenge the concepts they are taught here, to think for themselves and to realise they can do anything they set their mind to! As a result, they achieve academic success without the pressure of the traditional school environment that many children often struggle with.

Our Fees

Our fee structure is simple and inclusive; we don’t believe in hidden charges and feel you should be able to understand exactly what you’re getting all in one place. Dallington’s termly fees include all books and stationery, access to specialist teachers and more. We also offer a discount for 2nd and 3rd siblings.
