Flexible. Nurturing. Exceptional.
At Dallington, we understand that every child – and every family – is unique. That’s why we offer part-time places in our Nursery (3-4 year olds), designed with flexibility and care at its heart.
Whether you’re easing into education or looking for a high-quality teacher-led alternative to full-time nursery, our approach adapts to your child’s pace and your family’s rhythm.
Rooted in Understanding
We know full-time schooling isn’t right for every family or every child.
Our flexible approach reflects our values: empathy, individuality, and
enjoying the journey.
You can choose the days and times that work best for you and your child – whether that’s one morning a week or five full days.

Tailored Timings & Flexible Days
Choose from:
- 1 to 5 days per week
 - Full Day (9:00am–3:30pm)
 - Morning (9:00am–12:00pm)
 - Long Morning (9:00am–1:30pm)
 - Afternoon (12:30pm–3:30pm)

We’ll work with you to find a rhythm that supports your child’s needs and your family’s schedule.
Wraparound Care
We know flexibility matters to families – so we offer wraparound care to make your day easier.
- Breakfast Care: drop off from 8:00am with a healthy, social start to the day (light breakfast provided) – £13/session
 - After School Care: stay until 5:30pm for games, drawing, and winding down (snack provided) – £13/hour

Whether you need regular support or just an occasional longer day, we’re here to help.

More Than a Nursery
Our Nursery is run by Eileen (MA Early Years Ed.), a fully qualified and highly experienced teacher, supported by two NVQ3-qualified Teaching Assistants and specialist teachers. All three are parents themselves and long-serving members of the Dallington staff – bringing warmth, understanding, and deep experience to every child they teach.
Here, children aren’t simply cared for – they’re taught, inspired, and encouraged to explore.
Your child will take part in:
- Reading and phonics
 - Early writing and numeracy
 - Woodwork and Forest School
 - Performing arts, French and cooking
 - Physical Health Education and regular local trips
 - Visual arts, storytelling and imaginative play

We provide the foundations for a lifelong love of learning – in an environment that’s nurturing, inclusive, and filled with joy.
